We accept returns on unused, uninstalled equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that installed units are not eligible for return due to safety and refrigerant regulations.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the unit is in its original box with all manuals, hardware, and components included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and drop off the package or schedule a freight pickup for large condensers.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
